The Hotel Odyssey is a modern holiday complex set in the small village of Agios Nikitas on the north west coast of Lefkas island. The hotel lies 150 metres from the local beach and 13 kilometres from Lefkas Town, the island's capital. The 37 air conditioned guestrooms are spread over three floors and decorated in simple white and open onto balconies; all include telephones and mini fridges.
Guests can enjoy breakfast on the roof garden terrace during high season, before heading to the outdoor pool for a refreshing swim. There is a poolside bar for drinks and snacks, and practical amenities include laundry facilities and free parking. Multilingual staff at the front desk can advise on local sightseeing and store valuables in the safe deposit box. Guests can visit the shops and squares of Lefkas Town, 13 kilometres away, or head for a day of relaxation on the numerous local beaches, including Kathisma Beach, three kilometres away, and the stunning Porto Katsiki Beach, a 20 kilometre drive south along picturesque mountainous coastal roads. Guests can take boat trips to Kefalonia and Ithaca from the resort of Vasiliki, 20 kilometres away, and explore the small satellite islands of Sparti, Skorpios and Meganissi, situated just off Nidri, which is 12 kilometres away. Preveza Aktion Airport (PVK) is 38 kilometres from the hotel, around 45 minutes by car.

Driving Directions

The best way to get to the hotel is by taxi, at a cost of around 40 EUR, or by private car. The island is mountainous and best explored by car or scooter. A limited bus service serves the coastal ring road.
Driving directions: From the airport, turn right (south), following signs for Lefkas and Lefkada. The island is 50 metres from the mainland and is attached by a causeway and mobile bridge (the bridge opens for 10 minutes on the hour to permit boats to pass through). Cross the bridge and turn left for Lefkas Town. Go straight ahead, following signs for Agios Nikitas. At the main junction exiting the town, turn right for Agios Nikitas.
