The Best Western Queens Hotel is a modern complex renovated in 2006, set in tranquil gardens in the spa town of Baden Baden, five kilometres from the Black Forest National Park. The hotel features 121 guestrooms spread over five floors, all with contemporary decor, modern furnishings and balconies with views of the Black Forest. All air conditioned guestrooms include minibars, cable television with pay movies, direct dial telephones, desks with wireless Internet connections and bathrooms with bath tubs.
Guests can enjoy regional and international dishes in the hotel's Reblaus Restaurant, an informal setting with rustic style decor. The New Orleans Bistro specialises in American dishes and cocktails served in a modern space with black leather seating and rich red wallpaper, and the informal Buhl Restaurant is open for buffet breakfast each day. The Eberle Beauty Temple covers 450 square metres and provides a range of therapeutic treatments. Guests can swim in the indoor pool, work out in the fully equipped fitness room and relax in the spa, sauna and solarium. The garden terrace provides a charming retreat for sunbathing or relaxing with a snack or drink. The Teddy Club has a range of fun recreational activities for children. Six brightly lit conference rooms provide facilities for seminars and functions, and wireless Internet is available throughout the hotel for guests with laptops. Drivers will find complimentary garage parking. Local attractions include the Lichtentaler Alle with its museums and shops 300 metres away, and the Roman Spa of Carcalla three kilometres away. Karlsruhe Baden Baden Airport is 25 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.
